The breakfast room was good with nice views.and a good buffet breakfast. No frills room but functional . Close to shops and a general walking area. The Security person deserves a special mention. He went to another level to help us and refused a tip.

easy check-in at the counter, staff was helpful and gave clear explanations. The interior lobby was gorgeous. The room was clean, spacious & bright lighting (I love it since I need to do work). Breakfast was good.

I love the location at Setia Walk Mall, Puchong, the hotel has good sized rooms, great amenities, the staff are always friendly and helpful, the local area has dozens of great food shops as well as pharmacies, hairdressers, convenience stores and easy access to the express rail system into KL, this is my preferred place to stay in KL.

Very friendly and warm welcome and easy to ask for any help they will never hesitate to supply.
